How to Enroll

Before you enroll come visit our campus! Contact the Admissions office to schedule a tour or meet with one of our Principals.

Our goal is to provide a complete and accurate application process. If you have questions during the enrollment process, please contact the Admissions Office (806) 372-2285, ext. 210. Admission is granted based on the following criteria: date application is received, administration recommendation, and class availability. During the application process, you and/or the administration are able to terminate the process without obligation or repercussions.


1.  Schedule a Campus Visit!  (Request a Tour Form)

2. Complete the Admissions Application  
An application fee is due prior to receiving instructions to complete online application. When submitting the application, please include your child’s birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization records, copies of most recent report card, prior year report card, and STAAR testing.  If applicable, also include any court documents, an After School Care Application (EE - 8th grade) and diagnostic assessments (copies of special testing - i.e. learning difficulties).

3.  Application Review  
The admissions committee will review the application, students' records, references and testing information.  A family interview may be requested.  If a family interview is requested, the student and custodial parent(s)/guardian are all required to attend.

4.  Notification

The decision of the admissions committee will be communicated to the parents via email. You will be notified of your admissions standing, generally within a week of completing the admissions process. Placement in a class is not reserved until final acceptance is granted and the registration fee is paid.
