Teachers
Teachers at San Jacinto Christian Academy are committed to continuing education and professional development including certification through the Association of Christian Schools International. Teachers and staff carry out the school’s mission “to assist parents in training young people to know and love Jesus Christ, to follow Him in life and to become positive productive members of the coming generation.”
Teachers and staff view their positions as more than a job; they are operating in their area of ministry. Teachers are encouraged to teach skillfully, nurture with compassion, challenge academically and guide spiritually. It is not uncommon to see teachers and students praying in the classrooms and in the hallways. Through a partnership with the home, church and school, students are able to see and understand the love of Jesus Christ and God’s desire for them to experience a personal relationship with Jesus.
